Frequently asked questions
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed (usually within 24–48 hours), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.
Where do you ship?
Currently, Monox Beauty exclusively ships to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand soon!
How long does shipping take?
3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Please allow for a total of 4–7 business days from the date of purchase for your glow to arrive.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the personal nature of our cosmetics, MONOX Beauty maintains a strict hygiene policy. We accept returns on unopened and sealed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used. To start a return for an unopened item, please contact contact@monoxbeauty.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to change your address or cancel, please email support@monoxbeauty.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once a shipping label is created, we can no longer make changes.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Monox Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that! We take great pride in the quality of our high-fidelity lip stains, and we want to make it right. If your product arrives broken, leaking, or defective, please follow these steps:
- Take a Photo: Snap a clear picture of the damaged product and the shipping packaging it arrived in.
- Contact Us: Email the photos and your order number to contact@monoxbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Get a Replacement: Once we verify the damage, we will immediately ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Monox Beauty is a Canadian-owned brand headquartered in New Westminster, BC, Canada. To provide our U.S. customers with the fastest possible delivery, all orders are dispatched directly from our dedicated fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas.
Where do you ship from?
All our premium formulas are quality-checked and shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. This allows us to offer reliable 3–5 day shipping across the United States via USPS and UPS.
